This 3 Ingredient Apple Dump Cake is an amazing fall dessert. It is perfect for busy days but does not sacrifice a single bit of flavor. It's bursting with fall flavor with the moist spice cake and sweet apple goodness. It only takes three pantry staples and a few minutes to assemble. Just like an easy apple pie, it fills the whole house with the scent of sweet apple goodness. It will tempt even the pickiest dessert person.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Step 2
Grease a 9×13 baking dish.
- Step 3
Add pie filling and spread to cover the bottom of the dish.
- Step 4
Sprinkle entire box of cake mix on top of pie filling.
- Step 5
Place pats of butter on top of the cake mix, covering evenly and as much of the cake as possible.
- Step 6
Bake for 40 minutes. A toothpick or knife inserted in the center should come out mostly clean (there may be a little of the pie filling on it).
