3-Ingredient Boursin Dip
All you need is 3 ingredients and 5 minutes to make this amazing boursin dip! It has homemade (or store-bought) boursin, pepper jelly, and a sprinkle of pistachios for a little crunch – so, so good. To date, this is one of my most popular apps every time I bring it to a party. Serve it with butter crackers or crusty bread!

- Step 1
Use a spoon to spread the boursin cheese into a thin layer on a platter or large plate.
- Step 2
Spoon the pepper jelly over the boursin and sprinkle the pistachios on top.
- Step 3
Serve the dip with butter crackers, crusty bread, or homemade crostini. Enjoy!
