Tips & Tricks (5)
- Pat Dry for Maximum Crispiness 💧Use paper towels to thoroughly dry your cauliflower florets after washing—excess moisture is the enemy of achieving that golden, crispy exterior in the air fryer.
- Toss with Oil Strategically 🫒Lightly coat florets with olive oil using your fingers rather than drizzling, ensuring even coverage without oversaturating, which leads to greasiness instead of crispiness.
- Don't Overcrowd the Basket 📦Arrange florets in a single layer with space between each piece to allow hot air circulation; work in batches if needed for consistently crispy results.
- Shake Halfway Through 🎯Pause cooking at the midpoint to shake the basket or flip florets, promoting even browning on all sides and preventing any soggy spots.
- Season After Air Frying ✨Apply parmesan cheese and garlic powder immediately after cooking while florets are still hot and slightly sticky, ensuring optimal flavor adhesion and preventing premature browning.
