Tips & Tricks (5)

  • Pat Dry for Maximum Crispiness 💧
Use paper towels to thoroughly dry your cauliflower florets after washing—excess moisture is the enemy of achieving that golden, crispy exterior in the air fryer.
  • Toss with Oil Strategically 🫒
Lightly coat florets with olive oil using your fingers rather than drizzling, ensuring even coverage without oversaturating, which leads to greasiness instead of crispiness.
  • Don't Overcrowd the Basket 📦
Arrange florets in a single layer with space between each piece to allow hot air circulation; work in batches if needed for consistently crispy results.
  • Shake Halfway Through 🎯
Pause cooking at the midpoint to shake the basket or flip florets, promoting even browning on all sides and preventing any soggy spots.
  • Season After Air Frying ✨
Apply parmesan cheese and garlic powder immediately after cooking while florets are still hot and slightly sticky, ensuring optimal flavor adhesion and preventing premature browning.
