Tips & Tricks (5)
- Pre-toast Your Graham Crackers 🔥Lightly toast the graham crackers in the air fryer at 350°F for 1-2 minutes before assembling to add crunch and prevent them from becoming soggy from the melting chocolate and marshmallow.
- Break Chocolate into Smaller Pieces 🍫Instead of using a whole Hershey's bar, break it into smaller pieces and distribute them across the graham cracker to ensure even melting and consistent chocolate coverage in every bite.
- Watch the Marshmallow Carefully ⏱️Marshmallows can go from perfectly gooey to burnt in seconds—keep the air fryer door cracked or check at the 3-minute mark to catch them at peak melting without charring.
- Use Parchment Paper for Easy Assembly 📄Line your air fryer basket with parchment paper to prevent sticking, make assembly easier, and simplify cleanup while allowing heat to circulate properly for even cooking.
- Slightly Overlap Graham Crackers 🟫Overlap your two graham crackers slightly before air frying so the chocolate and marshmallow act as a natural adhesive, creating a stable s'more that won't fall apart when you remove it.
