Notes
1
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 4-5 days. No need to reheat! Give it a good stir and serve it cold and garnish it with some extra basil. If you’d like to reheat it, simply pop it in the microwave for 30 second intervals until warm.

Tips & Tricks (5)
- Infuse Oil Gently 🫒Toast minced garlic in olive oil over low heat for 2-3 minutes to release aromatic oils without browning, creating a silky, flavorful base that won't turn bitter.
- Reserve Pasta Water Strategically 💧Save 1 cup of starchy pasta cooking water before draining; add it gradually to your garlic sauce to create a luxurious, clingy coating that bonds flavors together.
- Undercook Pasta Slightly ⏱️Cook angel hair 1 minute under the package time since it will continue cooking when tossed with the hot garlic sauce, maintaining a perfect al dente texture.
- Toast Tomatoes for Depth 🍅Lightly sauté halved cherry tomatoes in the garlic oil for 2-3 minutes to concentrate their sugars and deepen flavor, then add a pinch of sugar to balance acidity.
- Layer Fresh Basil Twice 🌿Add half the basil while tossing the hot pasta to infuse warmth into the leaves, then finish with remaining fresh basil off heat to preserve bright, peppery notes.
