Ingredients
- 1 lb - ground beef
- salt & pepper
- iceberg lettuce
- sliced pickles
- 6 slice - American-style melting cheese
- 4 tablespoons - mayonnaise
- 1 tsp - rice vinegar
- 5 tablespoons - pickle juice
- salt & pepper
- ½ tsp - garlic powder
- ½ tsp - mustard
- 6 - top buns
- 12 - bottom buns
Instructions
- Mix mayonnaise, rice vinegar, pickle juice, mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl until smooth. Chill until ready to use.
- Divide the beef into 12 small patties (2 per slider). Season lightly with salt and pepper. Fry in a hot pan until nicely browned. When flipping, place ½ slice of cheese on each patty and let it melt.
- Assemble the sliders following this sequence:
- Bottom bun → sauce → patty → pickles + lettuce → middle bun → sauce → second patty → pickles + lettuce → top bun.
- Serve immediately while warm.
