Instructions
1
|
In a large bowl, add the heavy cream, Biscoff spread, and vanilla extract. Whip with a hand mixer until thick, fluffy, and creamy. Set aside.
2
|
In another bowl, whisk the milk and vanilla pudding powder until thick. Add condensed milk, mascarpone, cream cheese, and vanilla extract. Whisk until completely smooth and silky.
3
|
Gently fold the whipped Biscoff cream into the pudding mixture. Do this slowly to keep it light and airy. The result should be thick, fluffy, and luxurious.
4
|
In your serving dish, start with a layer of egg biscuits. Add sliced bananas, scatter halved Biscoff biscuits, then spoon over a generous layer of the cream mixture. Drizzle with Biscoff spread. Repeat the layers until everything is used, finishing with a thick layer of cream on top.
5
|
Decorate the top with halved egg biscuits, halved Biscoff biscuits, and crushed Biscoff around the edges. Drizzle with melted Biscoff spread.
6
|
If you use the lighter version (only 60 g / 1 packet of instant pudding) refrigerate for at least 4 hours. If you use two packets of instant pudding let it sit overnight in the fridge. This allows the pudding to set and the flavors to fully develop.

Tips & Tricks (5)
- Chill Cream Cheese First ❄️Keep cream cheese and mascarpone refrigerated until the last moment before mixing to prevent a greasy, separated texture in your pudding layer.
- Toast Biscoff Crumbles for Crunch 🍪Lightly toast crushed Biscoff biscuits in a dry pan for 2-3 minutes before layering to intensify their caramel flavor and maintain crispness longer in the assembled pudding.
- Slice Bananas at Assembly Time 🍌Cut bananas just before layering to prevent oxidation and browning; toss them lightly in lemon juice if preparing ahead to maintain their fresh appearance.
- Ripple Biscoff Spread Strategically 🎨Warm Biscoff spread slightly and drizzle it between layers rather than spreading thick; this creates elegant ribbons of flavor and prevents the dessert from becoming overly sweet.
- Whip Cream at the Right Stage ⏱️Fold whipped heavy cream into the pudding mixture just before final assembly to maintain airy texture and prevent deflation from the weight of layers.
