Ingredients

  • 1 box - lemon cake mix
  • ½ cup - rolled oats
  • 4 cups - fresh blackberries
  • ½ cup - sugar
  • 1 tsp - cinnamon
  • 2 sticks - butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Prepare a 13×9 pan with nonstick spray
  3. In a bowl mix together berries, sugar, and cinnamon
  4. Spread in bottom of pan
  5. Sprinkle on ½ of the rolled oats, then cake mix, then remaining oats
  6. Shave cold butter or pour melted butter evenly over the top
  7. Bake for about 30 minutes until bubbly and golden
  8. Serve with ice cream if desired and enjoy!
