Sweet, slightly bitter and SO bright, this Blue Margarita will be a hit at your summer gatherings! It’s an easy cocktail recipe made with Blue Curacao liqueur that anyone can whip up! These blue cocktails are perfectly sweet, subtly tart and really quite gorgeous too!

Ingredients
- 2 ounces - tequila
- 1 ½ ounces - blue curacao
- 1 ½ ounces - lime juice
- 1 tbsp - simple syrup or agave
Instructions
- Rim your margarita glass with salt as desired and fill with ice.
- Add all of the ingredients into a shaker or cocktail mixing glass filled with ice. Shake/stir for 30 seconds to chill the drink.
- Strain the cocktail into a margarita glass filled with ice. Garnish with lime and ENJOY!
- To make a blue daiquiri, use rum instead of tequila.
- This recipe can be easily doubled, tripled, quadrupled, etc.
