Tips & Tricks (5)
- Muddle Gently for Perfect Texture 🫐Press blueberries lightly with a muddler to release juice and flavor without crushing them into bitter pulp—aim for a few broken berries mixed with whole ones for visual appeal and balanced taste.
- Pre-chill Your Glass 🧊Freeze your serving glass for 10 minutes before making the drink to keep the mocktail cold longer and prevent rapid dilution from melting ice.
- Balance Sweetness with Citrus Acid ⚖️Taste and adjust honey/maple syrup with fresh lemon or lime juice at a 1:1 ratio—this prevents an overly sweet drink and enhances the fruity complexity.
- Add Sparkling Water Last for Fizz ✨Pour sparkling water as the final step right before serving to maintain maximum carbonation and prevent the drink from going flat while prepping.
- Mint Slap Technique for Maximum Aroma 👋Gently slap fresh mint leaves between your hands before adding them to release essential oils, then use them as a garnish to perfume each sip.
