Bolognese with Burrata

Bolognese with Burrata

This Bolognese with Burrata is the ultimate comfort dish—rich, hearty, and impossibly creamy. It starts with a savory base of crispy bacon, ground beef, and sausage, simmered with carrots, celery, and onion in a tomato paste and red wine sauce. Tomato sauce, spices, heavy cream, and Parmesan create a velvety, flavorful bolognese that clings to every bite of pasta. Finished with fresh basil and a generous dollop of burrata on top, it’s decadent, indulgent, and perfect for cozy nights in.
