Brie Mac & Cheese

This Brie Mac & Cheese is a creamy and luxurious twist on the classic comfort food. Featuring a blend of buttery garlic cream sauce, rich brie, and melty mozzarella, this dish is indulgent yet simple to prepare. The brie is hollowed out and melted directly into the sauce, giving it a velvety, slightly nutty flavor. Finished with Parmesan and a touch of reserved pasta water, it’s irresistibly cheesy and perfect for any cozy night in.
