Ingredients

  • 6 cups - broccoli
  • 2 cups - carrots
  • ¼ cup - Sweet onion
  • 2 teaspoons - Lemon juice
  • ½ cup - Apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ cup - Sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoons - Salt
  • 1 tsp - Black pepper
  • 1 cup - Mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup - Sour cream
  • 1 tbsp - Coarse-grained mustard
  • 3 tablespoons - Horseradish

Instructions

  1. Shred the vegetables.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the lemon juice, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, and horseradish.
  3. Add broccoli, carrots, and onion.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
