  • 2  - chicken breasts

  •   - Black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon - seasoned salt
  • ½ teaspoon - garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon - onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon - paprika
  • ½ teaspoon - Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon - olive oil
  • 3 tablespoon - butter
  • 2 cloves - garlic
  • 1 ½ cup - heavy cream
  • ½ teaspoon - salt
  • ¼ teaspoon - black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon - garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon - onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon - Cajun seasoning
  • ¾ cup - Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup - mozzarella cheese
  •   - Fresh parsley
  •   - Reserved pasta water

  1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water and drain the rest.
  2. Season chicken with salt, pepper, seasoned salt, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and Cajun seasoning.
  3. Heat olive oil and 1 tbsp butter in a pan over medium heat. Add chicken and cook 5–7 minutes per side until fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, melt remaining 2 tbsp butter. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Cajun seasoning.
  6. Stir in Parmesan and mozzarella cheese until melted and smooth.
  7. Add cooked pasta and a splash of pasta water. Mix until sauce is creamy and well-coated.
  8. Slice chicken and return to pan. Stir to combine and warm through.
  9. Top with more Parmesan, fresh parsley, and serve hot.
