Caprese Wraps have all of summer's freshest produce perfectly wrapped up. It can't get any easier. Juicy tomatoes and fragrant basil are right up there in the running for favorite summer produce around here, and who doesn’t love a fresh caprese salad?! There isn’t a better combination than fresh mozzarella, tomatoes and basil. They make a perfect lunch, snack or appetizer for a backyard summer BBQ!

Caprese Wrap

Instructions

Lay a spinach wrap on a flat surface in front of you and spread with 1 tablespoon pesto.

Sprinkle 1/4 cup chopped cherry tomatoes and 1/4 cup shredded or cubed mozzarella cheese all over the spinach wrap.

Wrap up like a burrito and slice into coins.
