Charcuterie Skewers
These charcuterie skewers make the perfect appetizer. They’re easy to make, with mini pickles, cheese cubes, and your favorite variety of meat. Mix and match ingredients to make these skewers according to your guests’ preferences and serve them on a platter or board for a great presentation.

- Step 1
Fold each slice of meat in half, then in half again. Slide one slice of pepperoni and one slice of salami on the stick.
- Step 2
Slide one cube of cheese on top of the meat.
- Step 3
Continue layering meat and cheese along the middle of the stick.
- Step 4
Top the stick with a piece of Babybel cheese and a mini pickle.
