  • 2  - chicken breasts
  •   - Salt
  •   - Black pepper
  •   - Garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon - olive oil

  • 3 cloves - garlic
  • ½  - onion
  • 1 ½ cup - heavy cream
  • ¼ cup - Asiago cheese
  • ½ cup - cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup - mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup - Buffalo sauce
  •   - Reserved pasta water

  1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water and drain.

  3. In the same pan, melt butter. Add diced onion and minced garlic and sauté until softened and fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
  5. Stir in Asiago, cheddar, and mozzarella until melted and creamy.
  6. Add a splash of reserved pasta water to loosen the sauce if needed.
