Chocolate Dipped Matzah with Sprinkles
Chocolate Dipped Matzah with Sprinkles is one of our favorite treats. Beyond simple, these delicious crackers will come together in minutes and are sure to make anyone smile. Matzah (also spelled matzo or matza) is a type of unleavened bread traditionally enjoyed during Passover. Made with just flour and water, it’s baked quickly to keep the dough from rising. I love Chocolate Dipped Matzah because it’s so simple to make and a great recipe to get kids involved in the kitchen. I’m always looking for new treats to make for my kids during the holidays.

Ingredients
Instructions
- Step 1
Place the chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl (preferably glass) and heat for 60 seconds, stopping to stir half way through the cooking time. Alternatively, you can place the bowl over a small pot filled 1 inch up with boiling water and stir until melted, about 3-4 minutes.
- Step 2
Using a spoon, drizzle the chocolate over half of the cracker and place on parchment paper.
- Step 3
While the chocolate is still warm, sprinkle the dipped pieces of matzah with sprinkles and allow the chocolate to cool, about 20 minutes.
