- Step 1
In a small saucepan, combine cream and milk and stir until it simmers. Simmer for 1 minute.
- Step 2
Meanwhile, place chocolate in a heat-safe bowl. Pour milk mixture over the chocolate. Let the chocolate sit for 3 minutes and then stir until combined. Add vanilla extract and stir until smooth.
- Step 3
Serve with strawberries, pound cake, pretzels, oranges, etc.
