Ingredients
- 14 ounces - sweetened condensed milk
- 2 ½ cups - semisweet chocolate chips
- ¼ cup - salted butter*
- ¼ cup - Dutch-processed cocoa powder
- 1 tsp - vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp - sea salt
- 1 cup - walnuts
Instructions
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, and butter. Microwave in 30-second increments **, stirring between each increment until the chocolate chips are just melted.
- Sift in the cocoa powder and add the vanilla and salt. Mix until fully incorporated and smooth. Fold in the chopped walnuts.
- Smooth the fudge into a baking pan that has been lined with wax paper, parchment paper, or greased with butter. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the fudge to set. Remove from the pan and slice with a sharp knife.
