Stir until well mixed and smooth.

Place sprinkles in a shallow dish.

Tips & Tricks (5)
- Chill Your Brownie Mixture 🧊Refrigerate the baked brownie mixture for at least 2-3 hours before rolling into balls to prevent sticking and ensure they hold their shape perfectly during coating.
- Balance Your Binding Ratio 🎯Add corn syrup and chocolate syrup in small increments while mixing until you achieve a fudgy consistency that holds together—too much liquid will make rolling impossible, too little will create crumbly balls.
- Use Slightly Damp Hands 💧Lightly dampen your hands with water before rolling each ball to prevent the brownie mixture from sticking to your skin while maintaining clean, uniform shapes.
- Toast Your Sprinkles Station 🎄Set up your Christmas sprinkles in a shallow dish and gently roll each coated brownie ball immediately after dipping while the chocolate syrup is still sticky for maximum sprinkle adhesion.
- Freeze for Easy Handling ❄️Place finished brownie balls in the freezer for 30 minutes before serving—they'll be easier to handle, maintain their shape better, and provide a delightful fudgy texture that melts on your tongue.
