Pineapple Mojito Spritz

First, line the rim of a can of sparkling water with lime, and dip the top of the can into some sugar (optional). Then, open the can and drink about half a can of lime sparkling water (or pour half into a cup and make a drink for a friend! You just need some room here for all the other good stuff). In a small bowl, muddle together the simple syrup and a couple mint leaves until the mint has released its oils. Add the mint simple syrup, white rum, and pineapple juice to the can. Gently swirl to combine. Garnish with mint and lime, and enjoy!
Citrus Gin Spritz

Add the gin, grapefruit juice, simple syrup, and a squeeze of lime juice to the can. Gently swirl to combine. Slap a sprig of rosemary against your hand to release some of the oils. Garnish with the rosemary and a slice of lime, and enjoy!

Tips & Tricks (5)
- Pre-Chill Your Cans 🧊Refrigerate all cans and spirits for at least 2 hours before mixing to prevent dilution from melting ice and ensure the perfect serve temperature without over-watering your cocktail.
- Balance Your Ratios Precisely ⚖️Use a 2:1 ratio of sparkling water to spirit, then add 0.5 oz of juice or simple syrup per can to maintain ideal flavor balance and prevent overly sweet or boozy results.
- Fresh Citrus Juice Is Non-Negotiable 🍋Always use freshly squeezed lime and grapefruit juice rather than bottled; fresh juice provides superior brightness and prevents the metallic aftertaste that bottled versions can impart when mixed with spirits.
- Infuse Your Simple Syrup 🌿Create herb-infused simple syrups using rosemary or mint by steeping them for 30 minutes in warm syrup, then straining—this elevates your canned cocktails with restaurant-quality depth and complexity.
- Seal and Shake Before Serving 🥫After canning your cocktails, seal tightly and vigorously shake for 10 seconds before opening to fully integrate all ingredients and create proper dilution from the ice that melts during the shake.
