Coconut Date Bliss Balls with Dates
You may have heard bliss balls referred to as energy balls, power balls, protein balls, or bliss bites. They're typically made with whole, raw ingredients - including dates, nuts, protein powder, coconut, seeds, and more. These coconut date bliss balls are chewy, nutritious, and delicious. They're no-bake and the perfect make-ahead treat!

- Step 1
Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until well combined, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed
- Step 2
Roll into bite-sized balls and coat with extra shredded coconut. You should get 10-20 bliss balls, depending on their size.
- Step 3
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or freezer for up to 3 months.
