Ingredients

  • 48 - Ritz Crackers
  • 2 cups - Peanut butter
  • 12 ounces - Chocolate chips
  • 1 cup - peanuts

Instructions

  1. Spread a thick layer of peanut butter on half of the crackers.
  2. Top with remaining crackers.
  3. Melt chocolate in a double boiler.
  4. Using two forks, dip cracker sandwiches into chocolate, shaking off the excess chocolate.
  5. Place treats on parchment or wax paper lined baking sheets.
  6. Sprinkle chopped peanuts on top. Cool completely.
