Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Mayonnaise
  • ½ - Red bell pepper
  • 1 - Jalapeño
  • ½ tsp - Turmeric powder
  • ½ tsp - Onion powder
  • ½ tsp - Garlic powder
  • ½ tsp - Chili powder
  • ½ tsp - pepper
  • ¼ tsp - Oregano
  • ½ tsp - Salt
  • 1 tbsp - Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons - Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Remove the seeds from the pepper and jalapeno and chop into smaller pieces.
  2. Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and blend for two to three minutes or until the sauce is smooth and creamy. To ensure that the peppers are fully mixed in, stop every 30 seconds to let the ingredients settle.
  3. Let the sauce cool in the refrigerator for 4 hours. As the sauce chills, it will gradually thicken.
