Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and stir until well combined. Divide into two jars or small bowls and refrigerate overnight or at least 4 hours.

Melt chocolate chips and mix thoroughly with soy milk until smooth. Spread on top of oats layer and add sprinkles. Place in freezer for 10 minutes or until ganache is set. Enjoy!
