Ingredients
- 1 cup - Orange Juice
- 1 tsp - orange zest
- 2 tablespoons - Sugar
- 1 cup - Vanilla Yogurt
- ½ tsp - Vanilla Extract
- Orange Food Dye
Instructions
- Combine the orange juice, zest, sugar, 1/2 cup of the yogurt, and vanilla extract in a blender. Blend until thoroughly mixed. To enhance the orange color, incorporate a few drops of orange food dye.
- Place a small spoonful of yogurt from the other 1/2 cup into every popsicle mold.
- Fill the molds with the mixture, leaving only a little space at the top.
- Fill the remaining space in the mold with the remaining vanilla yogurt. Stir the yogurt into the orange mixture in each popsicle mold using a popsicle stick.
- Allow to freeze for a period of 3 to 4 hours.
