Ingredients

  • 1 lb - ground beef
  • 1 - Green bell pepper
  • 1 - Onion
  • ¾ cup - Ketchup
  • 1 tsp - Celery seed
  • 2 teaspoons - Dry mustard
  • 1 tsp - White vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons - Sugar
  • ½ tsp - all-purpose seasoning
  • 6 - Brioche buns

Instructions

  1. Brown beef with onions and peppers in a large skillet over medium high heat. Use a spoon to crumble the beef.
  2. Drain off excess fat and transfer mixture to slow cooker.
  3. Add remaining ingredients, stir until combined, cover and cook on low for 3 hours or high for 2 hours.
  4. To serve, spoon a generous amount of meat on each sandwich bun.
