Tips & Tricks (5)
- Toast Your Oats First š„Lightly toast the old-fashioned oats in a dry pan for 2-3 minutes before mixing to intensify their nutty flavor and create extra crunchiness in your bites.
- Coconut Oil Temperature Control š”ļøUse melted coconut oil that's cooled slightly before mixing with yogurt to prevent the Greek yogurt from becoming too warm and losing its creamy texture.
- Strategic Fruit Placement š«Chop fresh fruits into small, uniform pieces and pat them completely dry before folding in last to prevent excess moisture that could make your bites soggy.
- Maximize Crunch with Toasting š„„Toast the unsweetened coconut flakes and hemp seeds separately for 1-2 minutes before adding to boost their crunchiness and amplify their nutritional appeal.
- Chill Before Serving āļøRefrigerate your granola bites for at least 2 hours before serving to help them firm up and achieve the ideal crunchy-creamy texture contrast.
