Instructions
1
|
Pre-heat the oven to 400 degrees F and lightly grease a pizza pan.
2
|
Roll your pie crust out into a 12 inch circle and place on your pizza pan. You can make it a little smaller or bigger depending on your preference/ the size of your pizza pan.
3
|
In a medium bowl, combine the flour, sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, and softened butter. Mix until there are small chunks of butter left about the size of peas. Sprinkle the crumble mixture evenly all of the prepared pie crust.
4
|
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the edges of the crust are lightly browned.
5
|
To make the drizzle topping, whisk together the powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk until fully combined. Add a little extra sugar OR milk depending on if you want the drizzle to be a little thinner or a little thicker.

Tips & Tricks (5)
- Butter and Sugar Caramelization 🧈Mix your butter and brown sugar together before spreading to create a rich caramelized base that won't burn—this prevents the sugars from scorching while the crust bakes.
- Cinnamon Distribution Strategy ✨Combine cinnamon with sugar in a small bowl before sprinkling to ensure even distribution across the entire pizza surface, avoiding clumpy spots and flavor inconsistencies.
- Pre-Bake the Crust Edges 🔑Bake the unbaked pizza crust for 5 minutes before adding toppings to prevent a soggy bottom and ensure the edges crisp up perfectly while the filling cooks.
- Glaze Application Timing 🍯Make your powdered sugar glaze with milk and vanilla, then drizzle it over the pizza immediately after it comes out of the oven while still warm—the heat helps it set into a beautiful gloss.
- Room Temperature Ingredients 🌡️Use softened butter and room temperature milk for your glaze so ingredients blend smoothly without lumps, creating a silky, professional-looking finish.
