- 10 cups - Apples
- 1 cup - Sugar
- 1 tbsp - Flour
- 1 tsp - Cinnamon
- ¼ cup - Water
- 1 cup - Quick Oats
- 1 cup - Flour
- 1 cup - Brown Sugar
- ¼ tsp - Baking Powder
- ¼ tsp - Baking Soda

Instructions
- Spread apples in an even layer in a 13×9 pan.
