
Flourless Oatmeal Cookies
These flourless oatmeal cookies are super easy and delicious! They take only 15 minutes total. These flourless cookies are made in one mixing bowl and require only pantry staple ingredients. They are healthy enough for breakfast, but sweet enough for dessert!

Ingredients
- 1 cup - all natural creamy peanut butter
- 2 - eggs
- 1 tsp - vanilla extract
- ½ cup - pure maple syrup, or honey
- 1 cup - gluten free old fashioned rolled oats
- ¾ tsp - baking powder
- ¾ cup - chocolate chips
Instructions
- First, preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, add creamy peanut butter, eggs, vanilla and maple syrup. Stir to combine.
- Then, add in oats and baking powder. Stir to combine.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Use a spoon to scoop balls of dough onto parchment paper. Dough should make about 10 cookies.
- Next, bake for 8 to 9 minutes.
- Finally, remove from oven. Allow cookies to cool on pan for 5 minutes. Lastly, transfer to a cooling rack.
