Ingredients
- 2 - chicken breasts
- 1 tsp - salt
- 2 teaspoons - butter
- 40 grams - Parmesan cheese
- 80 grams - cheese
- 200 milliliters - heavy cream
- pasta of your choice
- 1 tsp - paprika
- 1 tsp - onion
Instructions
- Start by seasoning the chicken breasts with salt, paprika, black pepper, and onion salt. In a pan, melt about one tablespoon of butter, add the spices, and quickly sear the chicken on both sides.
- Don’t cook it all the way through-just give it some color. Remove the chicken from the pan, cover it, and set it aside so it stays warm and continues cooking gently from the inside, keeping it juicy.
- In the same pan, melt another tablespoon of butter, add the same spices again (but no extra salt), then pour in the heavy cream and pasta water. Stir in the grated Parmesan and shredded cheese, mixing until everything is melted and smooth.
- Meanwhile, cook the pasta until al dente, around 7-8 minutes, then add it directly to the sauce and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes so the sauce thickens and coats the pasta nicely. Finally, slice the chicken into strips and serve it on top. That’s it!
