Ingredients

  • 6 - Boneless pork chops
  • ⅓ cup - Soy sauce
  • ¼ cup - Vegetable Oil
  • ½ cup - Water
  • 3 tablespoons - Lemon pepper seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons - garlic

Instructions

  1. In a resealable bag, combine soy sauce, oil, water, lemon pepper seasoning and garlic.
  2. Add pork chops to bag and make sure each one is covered in the marinade.
  3. Place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to marinate.
  4. Preheat grill to medium high.
  5. Grill pork chops for about 7 minutes on each side or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.
