Ground Beef Bulgogi Bowl
This Ground Beef Bulgogi Bowl is a flavorful, tangy recipe inspired by Korean BBQ. Ground beef is coated in soy sauce and sesame oil, then drizzled in sweet chili sauce to make this sweet and savory meal. Our adaptation is quick and easy to make, a good go to recipe when you don’t have the time to make the authentic Korean version.

- Step 1
In a large non-stick skillet, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat until no longer pink.
- Step 2
Drain any excess fat from the skillet.
- Step 3
In a bowl, combine the garlic, soy sauce, sweet chili sauce, brown sugar, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil and ginger.
- Step 4
Stir to combine and pour over the ground beef.
- Step 5
Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Step 6
Remove from heat and serve over rice.
