Hamburger and Hash Brown Casserole
Hamburger and Hash Brown Casserole is delicious mix of cheese, hashbrowns and cooked ground beef. It takes just 15 minutes of easy prep and under 10 ingredients, making it the best weeknight dinner. It’s great for making ahead and freezing for later. Perfect when you want a nice hot meal quick.

- Step 1
Preheat oven to 350℉. Spray a 9×13 inch baking pan with a non stick cooking spray.
- Step 2
Add the ground beef, onions and minced garlic to a large skillet. Season with 1½ teaspoons All Purpose Seasoning Blend. Cook until beef is no longer pink. Drain off any excess fat from the beef.
- Step 3
Add the browned ground beef, thawed hashbrowns, 1/2 teaspoon All Purpose Seasoning blend, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, milk and 1 cup of the shredded cheese. Stir until completely combined.
- Step 4
Transfer mixture to prepared baking dish. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until the hash browns are golden and cooked through.
- Step 5
Remove the casserole from the oven, top with remaining cheese and baking for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Allow the casserole to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
