  • 2 pound - lean flank steak or sirloin steak
  • 1 tablespoon - olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon - smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon - garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon - cumin
  • 1 teaspoon - salt
  • ½ teaspoon - black pepper
  • 1  - onion
  • 1  - bell pepper
  • 1  - pouch cilantro lime jasmine rice
  • 6  - high-fiber, low-calorie tortillas
  •   - Fresh cilantro
  •   - Lime wedges

  1. Cut steak into thin strips and season with paprika, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil (if using) and sear steak until cooked to your liking. Remove and set aside.
