High Protein Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Cookies
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together almond flour, protein powder, baking soda, and salt.

Add peanut butter, maple syrup, egg, and vanilla extract. Stir until a smooth dough forms.

Fold in dark chocolate chips.

Using a cookie scoop or spoon, portion dough into 8 balls and place on prepared baking sheet.

Gently flatten each cookie slightly with your hand or a spatula.

Bake for 10–12 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
