
High Protein French Onion Dip

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp - olive oil
- 7 ounces - silken tofu
- ½ cup - vegan sour cream
- 2 - yellow onions
- 1 pinch - salt
- ½ tsp - garlic powder
- ½ tsp - salt
- Pepper
- celery and chips
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add in the olive oil. Once hot, add in the onions and cook for 35 minutes, stirring every 5-10 minutes to avoid sticking. You want them to be a deep golden brown color. Once done, remove from the heat.
- In the bowl of a food processor, add in the tofu, garlic powder, salt, pepper and the sour cream. Process until silk smooth and then add in the caramelized onions. Pulse a few more times to lightly chop and combined the onions.
- Serve with celery and ENJOY!
- You can use regular sour cream as desired OR swap it for (vegan) mayo!
