High Protein Oreo Cheesecake Bites

In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, blended cottage cheese, vanilla protein powder, crushed Oreo Thins, sweetener (if using), and vanilla extract.

Mix until fully combined and smooth.

Scoop or spoon the mixture into silicone molds or mini muffin liners.

Drizzle melted chocolate over the top of each bite.

Crumble the extra Oreo Thin over the top for garnish, if desired.

Freeze for 1–2 hours or until set.

Store in the fridge or freezer and enjoy as a high-protein dessert.
