  • 1  - jalapeño
  •  cup - fresh cilantro
  • 1 tbsp - honey or sugar-free syrup
  • 1 tbsp - olive oil
  • 1  - juice of lime
  • 1 clove - garlic
  •   - Salt
  •   - pepper
  • 2 cups - jasmine rice
  • 2  - bell peppers
  • 1 cup - corn
  • 1 cup - black beans
  •   - Cilantro
  •   - salt
  •   - pepper
  • ½ cup - non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons - light mayo
  • ½  - jalapeño
  • 1 tbsp - lime juice
  •   - Fresh cilantro
  •   - Salt
