Ingredients
- 1 cup - natural ketchup
- ⅓ cup - bourbon
- ¼ cup - pure maple syrup
- ¼ cup - fresh orange juice
- ¼ cup - apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons - tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons - Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons - dijon mustard
- 1 tsp - onion powder
- 1 tsp - garlic powder
- 1 tsp - smoked paprika
- 1 ½ teaspoons - liquid smoke
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a medium sauce pan and bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat to medium low and simmer for about 10 minute until the sauce has thickened.
- Remove from heat and cool completely. The sauce will thicken as it cools.
