- 300 grams - bread flour
- 190 grams - warm milk
- 20 grams - sugar
- 6 grams - dry yeast
- 6 grams - salt
- 35 grams - butter
- 300 grams - chicken breast
- 45 grams - chipotle in adobo sauce
- 30 grams - honey
- salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic

- 200 grams - cheese of your choice
- 2 - eggs
- 1 ½ cups - panko breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Cut the chicken into strips, mix with all marinade ingredients, cover, and refrigerate overnight.
- Grate the cucumbers and squeeze out all liquid in a clean towel. Mix with Greek yogurt, garlic, dill, oregano, sugar, lemon juice, and olive oil. Chill until ready to serve.
- Cut potatoes into fries and fry or bake until golden and crispy. Season them with salt pepper and oregano. Keep warm.
