Ingredients

  • 6 cups - Green Leaf Lettuce
  • 1 ½ cups - Cucumber
  • 1 ½ cups - Cherry Tomatoes
  • ½ cup - Carrots
  • ½ cup - Red Onion
  • 1 cup - Croutons
  • ¼ cup - Balsamic Vinegar
  • ¼ cup - Olive Oil
  • ¼ cup - Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp - Dijon Mustard
  • 2 teaspoons - Honey
  • 2 cloves - Garlic
  • 1 tsp - All Purpose Seasoning blend
  • ½ tsp - Italian Seasoning
  • 1 tsp - Water

Instructions

  1. In a large serving bowl, add the lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, shredded carrots and sliced onion. Toss salad to combine.
  2. Top with croutons. Serve with Creamy Balsamic Dressing on the side.
  3. Add all of the ingredients to a food processor and pulse until fully combined.
  4. If dressing is too thick, add 1/2 teaspoon of water at a time until desired consistency.
  5. Store dressing in a container with a tight fitting lid in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
