Instructions
1
|
Add the entire bag of cauliflower gnocchi to a medium sized mixing bowl. Add avocado oil and salt, then mix until all gnocchi are completely coated with oil.
2
|
Pour the oil coated gnocchi into the air fryer basket. Set the air fryer to 375F and cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket and using tongs to separate any stuck together gnocchi every 5 minutes. The cauliflower gnocchi are done when they’re golden brown and crispy to your liking! Best served immediately with marinara sauce.

Tips & Tricks (5)
- Preheat and Shake Method 🌡️Preheat your air fryer to 400°F for 3 minutes, then shake the basket halfway through cooking to ensure even crispiness on all sides of the gnocchi.
- Oil Distribution is Key 🫒Lightly toss the frozen gnocchi with avocado oil in a bowl before air frying—this prevents clumping and ensures every piece gets a crispy, golden exterior.
- Don't Skip the Frozen State ❄️Cook directly from frozen without thawing to maintain the fluffy interior texture; thawing will result in mushy gnocchi instead of that desirable contrast.
- Strategic Salt Timing 🧂Season with salt after cooking rather than before to prevent moisture loss; this keeps the inside tender while maintaining the crispy exterior.
- Marinara Dipping Station 🍅Warm your marinara sauce separately and serve it as a dipping sauce rather than coating the gnocchi—this preserves crispiness and lets guests control their sauce ratio.
