Lemon Pepper Tilapia
This easy Lemon Pepper Tilapia cooks from frozen, making it a simple weeknight dinner when you forget to thaw protein. melted butter and lemon pepper seasoning flavor the fish, which is finished with fresh dill and a squeeze of lemon juice. All done in about 20 minutes!

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Lightly grease a baking dish.
- Step 2
Place the frozen tilapia fillets in a single layer in the prepared dish. Drizzle melted butter evenly over both fillets.
- Step 3
Sprinkle with lemon pepper seasoning blend and salt.
- Step 4
Bake for 20 minutes. Switch oven to broil and cook for an additional 2 minutes to get a little color on top. Watch closely, so it doesn’t burn.
- Step 5
Remove from the oven and top with fresh dill. Serve immediately with lemon slices.
