Ingredients
- 2 cups - Water
- 1 cup - Long grain white rice
- 1 tbsp - Butter
- 1 tsp - Kosher salt
- 2 teaspoons - Lime zest
- 2 tablespoons - Lime Juice
- ½ cup - Cilantro
Instructions
- Bring the water to a boil.
- Rinse the rice.
- Stir in rice, butter and salt.
- Cover and reduce heat to low.
- Simmer for 20 minutes or until the rice is tender.
- Turn off the heat, fluff rice and stir in the lime zest, lime juice and cilantro.
- Serve immediately.
