  • ½ pound - pasta
  • ½ pound - lobster meat
  • 4 tablespoon - unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves - garlic
  • 2 cup - heavy cream
  • 1 cup - cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup - mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup - Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup - Velveeta cheese
  •   - Salt
  •   - Black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon - garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon - onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon - paprika
  • ¼ cup - reserved pasta water
  • ½ cup - breadcrumbs
  •   - Extra shredded cheese

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve 1/4 cup of pasta water and drain.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, melt 4 tbsp of butter and add cooked lobster. Toss for 1–2 minutes, then remove lobster and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
  6. Lower the heat and add cheddar, mozzarella, Parmesan, and Velveeta. Stir until melted and smooth.
  7. Stir in cooked pasta and a splash of reserved pasta water. Fold in the lobster.
  8. Transfer mixture to a buttered oven-safe baking dish. Top with extra cheese or breadcrumbs if using.
  9. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbling. Let cool slightly before serving.
