  • 1 cup - Pineapple
  • ½ cup - Red Bell Pepper
  • ½ cup - Red Onion
  • ¼ cup - Cilantro
  • 1  - whole Jalapeño Pepper
  • 2 cloves - Garlic
  • ¼ cup - Lime Juice
  • 1 tbsp - Lime Zest
  • ½ tsp - Salt
