  • 2 tablespoon - olive oil
  • ½  - lemon
  • 2 tablespoon - garlic
  • 1 teaspoon - oregano
  •   - Salt
  •   - Pepper
  • 1  - cucumber
  • 1 cup - cherry tomatoes
  • ½  - red onion
  • ½ cup - Kalamata olives
  • ½ cup - feta cheese
  • 1 tablespoon - tzatziki sauce per bowl
  • 1 cup - Greek yogurt
  • 1  - cucumber
  • 2 cloves - garlic
  • 1 tablespoon - olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon - fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon - fresh dill
  •   - Salt and pepper

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Add cubed chicken and coat evenly. Marinate for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high. Cook marinated chicken for 6–8 minutes, turning occasionally until fully cooked.
  3. To prepare tzatziki, combine Greek yogurt, finely diced cucumber, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper. Chill until ready.
  4. Assemble the bowls with cooked chicken, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, red onion, olives, and feta.
  5. Top each bowl with 1 tbsp tzatziki sauce and serve.
